Returns Policy

No products will be received at our warehouse without an RMA number on the box next to the label in black marker and included inside the package to speed the processing of your exchange/return. Return merchandise authorization numbers are only valid for fourteen (14) days from the date they are issued. Products returned after the expiration date or without an RMA number may be refused.

 
Product must be in the same new condition as when recieved by you the customer. RMA requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of products and we will refund you the original invoice amount due less shipping costs.  If a customer returns items from an order with free shipping and if by returning these items the purchase price becomes lower than the required amount for free shipping, we will deduct the amount that the customer would have been charged for shipping the items that the customer keeps, from their refund.
 
Packaging your exchange/return item(s):
Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
Enclose a copy of your invoice with the item. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
All products must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. For a list of exceptions to our Standard Return policies and instructions on how to return these particular items please read our Return Exceptions policy.
 
Return exceptions policy:
We cannot accept returns on rope and webbing products as per United States and OSHA liability laws.
 
We do not accept returns on products marked as "clearance" items. If a clearance item arrives broken or defective, we will gladly exchange it for a the same item.
 
No returns on special order items not listed on the website.
No returns on NFPA/ANSI tagged or stamped merchandise
